How is my shipping cost determined?
On most items, your shipping cost is based on the value of the items you order.
The Powersports industry does not have any published weights and measurements to calculate shipping costs from. In addition, many products are bulky like handlebars, tires and sport bike body panels that will incur additional oversize charges from the shippers. Most orders are for more than one item.
To simplify this we charge by value of the order.

Free shipping for orders over $100 excludes: items considered oversized, chemicals and tires.
Orders shipped to Hawaii & Alaska are subject to freight charges.
Orders not shipped via UPS ground do not qualify for free shipping.
In the case of an order including both a flat fee item such as a tire and other products, the shipping cost for the other products will be based on their value and charged according to the chart above. The flat charge for the tire will then be added to the shipping total.

Oversize items
Extremely large, bulky or heavy items such as windshields, fairings, ATV fenders, winches, etchave a set shipping price that varies by item. This price will usually be found in the items description.
If the item is combined on an order with other items, the set shipping price will be added to the shipping price based off the value of the rest of the order. (See example above)

How long will my order take to get to me?
We ship via UPS ground from Tempe, AZ.
See the chart below for estimated delivery time from when we ship your order.

We will process your order within 1 business day of when you place it.
In-stock items will typically ship the same day we process your order.
Out of stock items will usually ship 2-5 days from when we process your order.
OEM products may take 2-3 days longer due to the added processing involved.
Backordered items will typically ship within 2 weeks. The will vary depending on the product. We make every effort to find your product from other sources if available and will keep you notified of the estimated release date of any backorders.

Can you ship next day or 2-day air?
We have over $1,000,000 of Parts & Accessories in stock. However, on occasion we are sold out of certain items on the website. Due to differences in delivery times from our vendors and processing times we can not guarantee next day or 2-day air services on all of our products.
If you wish to have your items expedited, please e-mail or call us to verify availability and shipping cost. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
